We work with you and your brief to prepare initial concepts, sketch layouts and mood boards. These sketch drawings and concepts will convey our ideas for your space based on your wish-list.

Planning & Budget
Upon the approval of the initial concepts, ANDZ produces a detailed breakdown of tasks, milestones, timelines and costs to take the project from concept to completion. Everything is transparent and we try to capture all details
to ensure you have maximum clarity.

Commercial Agreement

The ANDZ Project Management Team assumes full responsibility from the minute approvals are provided by the landlord/governing authorities. We do regular site inspections, send updates and handover your fully completed and functional
space to you on time.
